I’ve been making an attempt to learn Spanish for no less than 12 years. My primary try was to learn without any help. I invested in a manual with study course but I didn’t really enjoy it, so I decided to buy a computer program. I seriously loved it but I couldn’t stick with it and quit after few months. Next I became a member of a language program and went to the study course for some months. It was fantastic, but I transferred to another area so I quit the lessons. This was followed by a few years of total absence of activities when it comes to learning Spanish. I essentially lost hope that I would ever manage to talk in this beautiful foreign language.

But then I offered myself the last opportunity, but this time around I made a decision to do everything possible to succeed. Here are listed 3 things that made a huge difference.

1. I identified a motive to study

It makes no difference what you’re attempting to learn – foreign language, cooking, stitching or anything else . You are very likely to fail if you do not have a good cause for that. A purpose may help you stay focussed and driven. My reason was that I was going to go to Spain work there for a couple of years. And I recognized I were required to understand a bit of Spanish if I wanted to earn money over there. Every single day I thought about myself roaming the streets of ancient Spanish villages and I was confident I truly had to be there. So I continued learning.

2. I found a great instructor
