Improve Your PVP Ability With These Tips

By Mark Mananite

Looking to improve your PVP skills? PVP can be a tough thing to pick up, there are just so many combinations of characters you can face and so many tactics you need to watch out for.

Don’t worry though, with enough practice you should be able to get a hold of it to the point that you can be a formidable opponent. To help you achieve this, make sure you commit the following tips to memory:

To begin, if you need to improve on your PVP skills, make sure that you are well aware of your surroundings. What I mean here is to be aware of the terrain and how it can be used to your advantage or to the enemies advantage. For instance, you may be able to use a wall or corner as cover to escape from spells being cast on you.

Another thing to be conscious of is how much mana, rage, hit points or energy you have as well as what the cooldowns are for the spells you’re using. All of this info should be on your mind at all times as this can often make the difference between winning and losing.

One more thing to think about is your mount’s speed. You may find that you’re in a situation where you either need to catch your enemy or run from them to escape certain death. If you have modifiers that increase the speed of your mount, it can really make the difference at times.

Also, make sure that you are using items in every PVP match. These items can be for healing you or your ally, for increasing the speed of your movement, for getting rid of negative effects, or, they can be bombs, grenades or other offensive weapons.

Another thing to make sure you have is First Aid completely maxed out. You want to make good use of bandages whenever possible during battle. If you can make enough room between you and your opponent, those extra hit points you’re able to squeeze out of a bandage can make all the difference.

These tips should get you on the way, however if you’re in need of more info to better your PVP skills, you could always look into a more lengthy guide.
