2. We can do more harm to our hair by constantly washing it. The human body protects and conditions hair naturally by the oils that our bodies produce. Over washing removes this oil and can cause our hair to become dry and brittle.
You could prevent this by washing your hair with just water or a nice conditioner. Also brushing your hair from root to tip before washing, could evenly distribute the natural oils in your hair, and protect your hair more.
3. Some prescription drugs could have an effect on your hair. If you notice any changes to your hair when prescribed medication, consult your doctor.
4. Changes in the Human body can affect your hair in certain ways too. Hormonal changes or depression can have an effect on how you hair grows.
In circumstances such as these a properly maintained healthy diet and rest could help with your hair growth. Once your body is back to normal your hair should start to look healthy and grow as it should.
