Your eyes are not deceiving you, acne can be treated at home with a facial and a few very simple steps and precautions. By doing it at home will offer much savings especially for spot treatments. It is important to cut down on the use of chemical treatments in favor of more natural ways. There are a variety of natural home treatments that can give you that flawless look.
Along with taking good care of your skin, eating healthy is of prime importance too. In order to achieve that youthful look you need to pay special attention to your diet as you need to include a variety of fruits and vegetables especially leafy vegetables which are very rich in anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals.
You may not have a blemish free complexion as you may have viable facial scars which are as a result of a build up of toxins in your system. These can be quiet challenging to get rid of and for as long as you have them they can affect your appeal and self confidence.
Make sure you drink plenty of water at least eleven glasses per day. The water will help to flush the built up toxins and clean your internal system..
There are a number of skin remedies including banana mash that are effective. The enzymes in bananas are very beneficial to the skin. All you have to do is take a cup of banana mash and add fuller’s earth to form a coarse mixture. Next add milk and honey if your skin tends to be dry, if not just add black tea water and mix to a paste.
Put it on the face especially area that is most affected and leave on for approximately fifteen minutes. After the 15 minutes are up the paste will have hardened. Wash your face with cold tap water. Finish up this treatment by applying rose water to the skin using a cotton ball that has been left to cool in the refrigerator. This will sooth the treated area and close opened pores. Wonderful! Is what your skin will look and feel like after every treatment. You will be sure to get noticed and complemented by others.
Do this at home at least three times weekly. It should be done in the mornings and then at night before bedtime. This treatment will hydrate, moisturize and get rid of dead skin cells which are largely responsible for hidden dirt accumulation. This will leave you with glowing, healthy looking skin.
