Skin Aging – Are You Speeding Up The Process?

It’s no secret that our society is obsessed with looking young. A high-fiber diet rich in antioxidant fruits and vegetables will result in a healthier and much more radiant complexion. Bottom line: Limit alcohol and cola consumption, which depletes the system of its nutrients, and add much more wholesome foods, for example lean proteins, fruits, green leafy vegetables and plenty of fresh water.

Sleep loss–While rest deprivation is known to cause weight gain and loss of mental concentration, it also affects skin wellness by robbing it of its precious rejuvenation time. Throughout slumber, your skin, too as your system, undergoes a period of revitalization. Loss of sleep interrupts this phase, imparting the telltale signs, such as dark under-eye circles and dry, flaky complexion.

Aging is inevitable, but you can definitely make small efforts to ensure which you don’t assist speed it along. By getting a great night’s rest, eating a healthful diet and utilizing sun protection every day, you’ll be sure to maintain each your epidermis (and system) searching young and vibrant.
