What do you do to make your skin healthy? Do you think that just washing it with soap will do the job? If you answered yes, then you are wrong to make your skin healthy you have to go a little farther then just washing everyday.

First, you have to do when caring for the skin is to wash the skin. The key to washing the skin is to find a cleanser that helps the skin and does not damage the skin. There are four types of skin, oily skin, normal skin, dry skin, and sensitive skin, it is important to make sure that you have the right type of cleanser for the right type of skin.

When cleansing, make sure to massage the skin lightly to improve blood circulation. Massaging the skin during cleansing can help improve and brighten up the skin.

Avoid using regular bar soaps too often since it has the tendency to dry the skin. It removes the natural oils in the skin and could change the PH levels of the skin. Also, do not cleanse too much. Washing in the morning with lukewarm water and at night will suffice.

Good things you can use to help treat skin is a loofah, loofahs help to remove dead skin cells which will also help the blood circulation, but no it will not make the skin look dull and dry.

Another step that is very important, is exfoliate, this step is one of the most important steps, it is so important because most people skip this step, they skip this step because they do not think it is important enough, but little did they know that proper exfoliation ill can certainly make a big difference. Ways to help exfoliate is to use a product known as microdermabrasion, chemical peels or retinoids. Using this product at least just once a week can help your skin glow all year long, but be careful because to much scrubbing can cause the skin to look dull and dry.

after you do the first two steps cleansing and exfoliation, next you have to moisturize. Everyone no matter what type of skin you have you should always moisturize, this step helps seal moisture in the skin although people should worry about moisturizing too much because it can clog pores.

The last step that will definitely help you’re skin is that you always make sure to apply sunscreen; applying sunscreen is one of the most important parts of a good skin care regimen.

The sun is one of the top causes for wrinkles. Keep the skin looking younger by always applying sunscreen even if it is cloudy outside or even if it is winter.

Beauty may only be skin deep but remember that beauty is also in the eye of the beholder and what better to capture the people’s eyes than with a healthy glowing skin.

You must remember that to have healthy and younger looking skin, you just can’t take care and wash your skin you must also exercise at least thirty minuets a day, you must eat right, and try and have a healthier lifestyle, if you follow all the steps and take care of your skin and body everyday then you will have healthier and younger looking skin.
