We all have busy lives. Following a diet program is becoming almost impossible for working people. Though, the 7 tips to weight loss and keeping it off we provide in this article can be incorporated in any working adult’s busy life.

Reduce the calorie intake by eating smaller portions. Plate your food on smaller plates and use colorful vegetables to make it look appetizing.
Eat 4-5 smaller meals instead of 3 large ones. You will give your body more time to burn all that fat.
Plan your meals in advance, making sure you have healthy foods in your fridge. Don’t be afraid to pile up on fresh fruit and vegetables.
Cook at home, it is actually fun. Use easy healthy recipes, readily available on the internet or on TV. They have your favorite restaurant recipes too. Be creative and adventurous.
Don’t have late dinner or late night snacks. You are supposed to eat dinner 4 hours before going to bed.
Drink plenty of water, this way you won’t feel very hungry throughout the day and you will stay hydrated. It is recommended to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day.
Exercise at least 30 minutes a day. Brisk walk, aerobics, walking the stairs, anything that fits in your lifestyle.
