A Presentation Folder: Grant Your Work The Style It Deserves

When you have put a great deal of time and effort into your project, you don’t want to simply attach it with a paper clip and hand it out around the table. It will then appear as if no effort was involved. If you present them in the correct way, your projects can still look great, and appear as though for you they were effortless at the same time. So, let them discover your best work with presentation folders.

The kind of folders you choose will be based on the type of project you have. There really are no set rules on what type of folder you have to use. The goal is to present your information in an organized, accurate, and eye-catching manner that is geared toward your audience.

There are several types of the standard stock folder that measure nine by twelve inches. These are generally made of a type of heavy card stock material. A printer can print your logo or any different style you choose on them.

They are available in an almost an unlimited number of colors. You may also just choose to apply a printed label to the front. They are available for order in legal size and with CD/DVD inserts.

French tri-panel and tri-panel folders differ slightly, but both are attractive ways to present your larger project. The sizes for both remain at the approximate nine by twelve inch when closed. They both also give you an extra pocket to hold information.

Three-ring binders are a great way to present a large project. They will hold just about anything. You can use binders that have a clear front and insert your own pictures and save a great deal of money from having to have them printed. For more professional projects, they can also be printed.

They give you pockets just like smaller folders, and you can also order them with CD/DVD inserts. Another advantage to the three-ring is that it can be ordered in different ring capacities, so it can be tailored to your specific project size. The also come in a large variety of colors for you to choose from.

Paper three-ring binders are somewhat like the regular three-ring binders; however, they can be a less expensive alternative. They come in several different ring capacities and colors. You can even order door hangers with a window on the front to slide in a descriptive label regarding your presentation. They still contain the interior pockets you need for extra information or brochures, even though they run slightly smaller.
