How To Improve Your Adsense Income

By Randy Roedl

Google Adsense is one of the best techniques to monetize your site. Multiple webmasters find it difficult to make some good money with their site while other people are making hundreds of dollars a day just by having Google Adsense advertisements on their websites. Arranging a site and just placing the advertisements onto it is not quite enough to be making, you need to fully optimize your site and Adsense advertisements for your income to reach its peak potential.

It is remarkable how by tweaking your website can increase your income significantly. Here are some tips on how to optimize your website and improve your Adsense earnings:

1. The arrangement of Adsense advertisement that you use can make a major difference to the amount of clicks you get. The one advertisement that has shown to do the finest is the Large Rectangle (336X280). The large rectangle has the tendency to result in higher click-through rates. Why select this arrangement out of the multiple you can use? Essentially because the advertisements will appear like normal web links, and individuals, being used to clicking on them, click these types of links. As your primary destination is to have as many clicks as you possibly can, then it is best to use this advertisement block to get those clicks.

2. The color you choose for your ads can also make a huge difference to the number of clicks you will receive. It is best if you set the background of your ad to blend with the background color of your site.

In addition to if you set your ad boundary line color to the same as the background color then the border won’t appear which makes the advertisement blend better to your internet site articles.

Have the title color the same color as the headers on your internet site. Doing these three things will make your Adsense ads blend into your internet internet site and seem more like part of your articles and own links besides obvious advertisements. This will result in more clicks from your visitors.

3. More individuals will see the top of your page than the bottom of your page, as not everybody stays at a internet site long enough to scroll to the bottom, so try to have as much Adsense as you can close to the top of your page without amplifying it.

Just by moving your advertisements from the bottom of your page up to the top can make an astonishing difference to your Adsense revenue. Also having some advertisements near the navigation bar is a great thought as the navigation bar is one part of the page that almost always gets viewed.

4. The use of relevant keywords throughout the content of your website is extremely important. You will be favored by the search engines and gain a good page ranking if your site is optimized well with good quality keywords. The higher your page ranking the more visitors you will receive to your website.

5. To get enough clicks on your advertisements to take in a good revenue, you need to drive heaps of hits to your site. Do your homework on the different methods to drive hits to your site and use all of them. The more visitors you receive the more clicks you receive and finally the more income you will make.

These are just a few of the tips that have worked very well for many people who are now earning hundreds and even thousands of dollars through Google Adsense.

It is important to know though that ads are displayed because it fits the interest of the people viewing them. So focusing on a specific topic should be your primary purpose because the displays will be especially targeted on a topic that persons will be viewing already.

If these tips can work wonders for many people then they are bound to help you out with your Adsense income too. Give them a go and see how much your Adsense earnings increase.
