Check regularly that what you have set up functions as it should. Even when they do though, a vital requirement in any good procedure is the commitment to continuous improvement. Processes can be revised when they should.
A completely functional quality management process is useful as it is. You will however give your business greater value if you opt to go for ISO certification. This would mean having your standards globally recognized, thereby attracting more clients and business connections. You can prepare for certification on your own but in a lot of cases, it helps to consult experts.
