FHTM is a network marketing company that sells many different products and services from various industries. The company was started in 2001 by co-founders Tom Mills and Paul Orberson. Both Mills and Oberson were successful network marketers before they started FHTM but they wanted to utilize their knowledge to create what they thought would be the ideal network marketing company. One recurring theme with Orberson and Mills is their stand on compliance and ethics, not only with FHTM, but with the industry itself. Upon reviewing the FHTM website, it’s easy to see that ethics and training is a major priority in the company. In addition, FHTM is a proud member of the DSA, or Direct Selling Association.

As far as their products go, FHTM offers a CASH BACK rewards program with access to over 1000 of the nation’s top retail stores. These are retailers like Walmart, Target, Kohls, Sears, & Best Buy just to name a few. Since they offer so many different products and services from many different industries, they are able to be flexible and withstand changes to the marketplace. Some of the other products marketed by FHTM reps include nutritional supplements, health care cards, home security systems, identity theft protection, travel, satellite TV, cellular services, VoIP phone service, internet service, air and water filters and a host of other products. As you can see, there are a multitude of products and services to choose from if you are thinking about becoming an FHTM rep.

Now to discuss their business opportunity. You can sign up as an FHTM rep for $199. Now, while you are thinking about this $199 required to join, I want to invite you to think about how much it would cost you to go into business for yourself. How much money would you need to broker partnerships with all the retailers that are affiliated with FHTM? How much money would you have to spend for a website and software company to build your websites? How much would it cost to find, hire, and train customer service reps to deal with your customers, or payroll systems to pay your employees? Obviously much more than $199!

The FHTM pay plan enables a representative to make money through many income streams. However, they can all be broken down into 3 major areas: Upfront income, monthly residual income and representative rewards. The company provides it’s leaders with vacation incentives and a luxury car program as part of it’s representative rewards program. As of this article being written, there are around 200 FHTM representatives who have qualified for the car program.

In summary, it is not hard to see that FHTM is a credible and stable company. The company has strong leadership, high quality products and services and a strong pay plan. However, simply joining FHTM will not automatically make you successful and wealthy. What FHTM gives you is an opportunity. Ultimately, your success will rely on whether or not you can recruit new reps, sell products and duplicate those skills with your team. Your ability to recruit people and get customers is directly related to your ability to market yourself and generate an endless flow of leads. If you can’t generate leads, you will struggle with this or any other similar direct sale business. My advice is to leverage a self branding attraction marketing system that will give you the right marketing training so you can generate 20+ leads on a daily basis. If you can combine an attraction marketing system with FHTM’s business opportunity, you can be on your way to building a wildly successful FHTM business.
