MLM Leaders – Accepting The Fact Of Nature In Network Marketing

I will have a question for you. Have you ever quit something before you have even started? Then you probably have. Are you building a network marketing business currently? For a moment closely in your organization, how many people are sticking with it? How many people are quitting? How many people are taking action? It amazes me that the numbers of people that take action are very, very slim. It’s just a realistic look at the world, not just in network marketing, but around the globe. 98% of people are not making it happen from themselves, whether in network marketing or anything else. But here is the thing that drives me crazy, the people would quit something before they even tried it. The reality is in the marketplace of network marketing, this is not a make money fast scheme at all. And the people who think that dive in and have some expectations happening in the first two weeks or first two months and it doesn’t happen, they quit.

This can be a business of not getting rich overnight. It is getting filthy rich over a long period of time. So from 12 to 36 months, it is possible to alter your entire income. You can alter your entire future. That isn’t a lot of time. Let’s just say three to five years, you can really start to make some serious money if you stay committed, unless you quit. Three to five years is nothing to build residual earnings. People are working 40 hours a week for their entire life and they retire by 60 with nothing. I am talking about 3 to 5 years to build residual earnings that will pay for the rest of your life and people can’t commit to that? It blows my mind.

Now, I had to come through this. I am not going to lie but it really bothered me. In building my team, I had an expectation that everybody will go on to have success and I had arrive at terms that only a certain number of individuals will take action and move in the direction of their dreams. As sad is that is, it’s something all leaders must have to accept. Because we cannot make people make it happen. We can just show them the path, show them the opportunity, give them the tools, and if they choose not to run, we need to let them go.

I had to work on that big time. I let it stop me. I have no problems signing people up, no problem talking to people, no problem on recruiting. But if I bring a lot of people in my business, and I am watching a lot of them not having success, that really, really bothers me. What’s made a difference for me was that all the leaders I talked to up there said the same thing. You need to neglected. You have to keep moving forward. It’s just the nature of the game, the nature of the human being. As sad because it is, it’s just how it is.

By the end during the day, what we all have to do is to check out ourselves, look at what it’ll drive you, the gender chart that will keep you hanging around for time, because this isn’t a sprint. It’s a marathon. The facts that will keep you on the game? What is your why? What is your drive? What is your passion? You’ve got to be clear about that.
