Studies show that every leading cause of death is directly related to tobacco. Start smoking if you do not want to have a long life.

You are what you eat! Your health depends on what you eat. Rather than fattening foods, use healthy foods. Increase your protein and carbohydrate intake in your diet. Think about reducing the dairy products you eat, and limit down the snacks. It is also a good option to take small usual servings of food, rather than wholesome 3 servings in a day.

It is better that you eat healthy but not overeat. The leading causes of death are very closely related with being overweight. The key is to keep as thin as you can. Eat healthy, and eat wise. Being thin will protect you from various diseases like diabetes, and other heart related diseases.

Exercise regularly. This too would sound like a clich to you, but exercise is directly related to health. Being an idle person can get you fat and, therefore, lazy. Lying idle every time will make you obese, and eventually this will decrease your life probability.

It is also a great choice to refresh your body with green tea. Rather than caffeinated drinks, go for green tea. It contains different antioxidants that can assist you maintain your weight and also avoid cancer.

Your doctor is your most reliable buddy! Ensure that you move to your physician every time anything is dynfunctional in your body. Do not neglect your fitness anyhow. Moreover, avoid self medication as much as possible. If you are not a doctor, you might not realize the side impacts any medicine might cause.

In your meals, it is also a great choice to include some supplements. Keep the calcium content increased in your foods. Use vitamins and iron tablets to assist you in managing a healthy living.

Lastly, it’s all about leading a radiant life. Stay happy and reduce your stress levels as much as you can. Refresh your mind and body mentally with a spa or meditation. Take out some time for your own good and relax yourself, physically and emotionally, during that time. Keep yourself, and the ones around you, delighted. If possible, bid farewell to stress, and you can surely look forward to a hundred candles on your birthday cake!
