When Christmas rolls around we all go into stress mode and forget about everything else that we have to do. There is just so much that goes into one day, and it can be hard to remember what life was like beforehand. We know that we should start planning ahead right? Perhaps when November rolls around we should start thinking about presents and who we are going to invite for dinner and what we are going to eat, however we do not. What always happens is that about a week before the big day we start stressing out and we try to remember what our friends and family wanted for Christmas and if we can fit everyone into the lounge. However we all do forget about CCTV cameras for when we go away for the holidays because we seem to think that no one would go into our house over the Christmas period.

CCTCV cameras are left out in a lot of homes because we might not have needed one before. The only reason we don’t think we need one is because nothing has happened before, so we forget about it and don’t think anything of it right? First mistake really, because there is always a chance and unfortunately you don’t know when it is going to happen, but you do know where. See, it’s like a home field advantage because it is your house and you get to make the decisions about it and how it is protected. Christmas just makes everything hectic and crazy and we all forget about everything and what else we have to do.

Have you really stopped to look at people running around at Christmas time? I know we run into the shops and can’t seem to find anything we want, and we complain about other people being crazy, but have you actually stopped to look at the people? It is amazing how anyone actually gets anything done and manages to find everything that they are looking for. This time of year just puts people into a frenzy and it does seem to last all year. The Christmas crazies do not go away and they hibernate within us until the week before Christmas is upon us again. It really doesn’t help that so much money and time goes into the process does it? We say we aren’t going to spend that much money this time around, and yet we somehow end up spending more than usually. All the fantastic products creep up just before people have time to think about what they want and then they just decide to go with the most expensive.

So what can we do when there is so much to do and we don’t think we have the time to get it all done? Well, we really should start making lists and putting up posits around the home. If you are going away and you are thinking that you should have an alarm system, but you are afraid that you might forget it, then put it on the list and make sure it gets done. Remember that organizer that someone gave you last year? Perhaps you should use it this time around.

It is the craziest time of the year and it does not leave us ever because the next year comes around so quickly. If you are going away and you haven’t thought about CCTV cameras among other things, then make a plan to get everything sorted before everything gets too crazy.
