The aim of every Internet business is to attract prospects and earn revenue from the traffic using various marketing strategies. There are several internet applications that are used to convert this traffic into returning visitors and customers. The tracking and monitoring tools help in improving the conversion ratio and increasing the return on invested money and time.
Its an established fact that there are many ways to make money online despite having no product or business of your own. One of the several strategies is to earn as an affiliate for the products and services of other merchants. Although one doesn’t need a blog to make money as an affiliate, but having a personal blog can be immensely more profitable in the long run. Just for starters, a blog gives you an online presence and increases your earning potential exponentially.
If you are not computer or internet savvy, then sure you will need to learn the basic operations, but with a blog you will avoid having to learn complex html to build your website. Even if you get web designers to create your website, capture page and squeeze pages, you’d still have to depend on them every time you want to update your website, change content or upload images and videos, whereas with a blog you just need to know how to get on your desktop and which buttons to click to publish your content, exchange images or include videos.
A little time invested in learning to blog can go a long way in increasing your income significantly and making your work very interesting. Once you familiarize yourself with the fundamental principles of blogging, you can make your blog more interactive by using various widgets and adding refreshing features to your blog. If you know how to read emails and get on a facebook , youtube or twitter account , then you already know enough about blogging.
The second important reason for owning a blog is that blogging helps tremendously with positioning in search engines. Search engines love fresh content and their spiders crawl around the net looking for updated information. This means if your blog is search engine optimized, then you will be receiving hot prospects ready to buy your products. These qualified targeted traffic can turbo-charge your online business beyond your wildest dreams. Of course, there is some work involved, but the rewards are worth the effort.
The third important reason why you should have a blog is because it builds trust and confidence. When you are on internet, you don’t shop from any random site that you visit. You research about the product, look around, get acquainted and then buy. Similarly, when you want people to buy from you, you will need to show them that they can trust you. An interactive blog with informative content and attractive photos wins over the web traffic and turns them into regular customers. Thus, a good personal blog can be the difference between having a part-time internet income and having the financial freedom to quit your day job.
We show you how to get targeted traffic to your blog and website.
