In eery peninsula or frond are two rows of residential land or structures for the really rich, and anybody can purchase his property there. Palm Jumeirah is expected to have 120,000 homeowners and laborers, plus a different 20,000 tourists each day. So it is not truly a small island where privacy can be obtained, but a gigantic self-sufficient sub-urban area of the really, really wealthy.
