Unlike the Apple operating system, which is intolerable of third party applications and only lets users to utilize the programs and applications made by the company, these tablets allow users to share the applications and plugins they have developed on their own.

An Android tablet also has an unrestrictive characteristic to share and manage files. There are USB ports and micro SD card docks in most Android tablets to allow file sharing and management, characteristics that are really functional and necessary.

For the first time pad users, however, utilizing an Android tablet may be a little bit challenging to control. Separate keyboards and styli are rendered futile with the touch screen feature so the consumers have to type and navigate using the onscreen keyboard and through touch.
