Implosion demolition is normally carried out as a final resort because of the high risks involved. The procedure also requires much work after execution. The most recent form is deconstruction. It is often referred as the most environmental procedure because it is carefully done. The structures are brought down slowly and there is much to salvage compared to other forms.
