Differently said, a big drawback, although not given as much consideration as it should, directly concerns the neighborhood where prospective home buyers are planning to go ahead with their substantial expenditure: that new home of theirs, the place where they might settle down for many years to come. But given the cost of the purchase, it’s obvious that they must have looked at all that is implied. But, have they?
Otherwise expressed, let’s say it is you who is currently hopping around the city, going from one place to another, back and forth until you spot that prized property which will be your new home. You’ve got your requirements list in hand, things like so many rooms, a nice and big backyard for entertaining guests in the summertime, perhaps a large garage, close-by schools and so on. It’s right there on your well though-out list, as well as in your head. And the neighborhood must be great. So far, so good. Right?
Otherwise expressed, you know that in order to get results you must first plan your work and then work your plan. And that is precisely how you are going about looking for that special place to be called home for maybe decades to come. It’s all a matter of properly planning your move. And, adding to your preparation the professional help of a fine real estate agent, all is perfectly cooking. Everything is being properly looked after here. Right?
So what about that new neighborhood, then? That neighborhood you will move into and, well, get to stretch your arms and legs for years to come, what do you really know about it? Your future neighbors, the ones living just next door, who are they? Do they own a few annoyingly loud dogs who keep barking their heads of from dawn until dusk? Do they have a bunch of loud kids continuously running around your place screaming or crying day after day? Do they have another bunch of teenagers always partying with loud music just a few feet away from your quiet bakyard, as soon as the weather is nice?
A bad neighborhood makes for a lousy and miserable existence. It will turn your new home into a place next door to Hell. And it won’t do any good for the value of your big capital investment.
