As per regulations for FL cash advances, lenders cannot file criminal suits against applicants in case of repayment issues.However, lenders can file civil suits against borrowers who have not complied with repayment terms.Furthermore, the entire loan agreement needs to be in writing.Lenders who fail to comply with FL cash advances laws may have to face legal consequences.
