Why You May Need a Budget

Looking for some fun? Whatever you do, Don't Click Here!

Lately I became a fan of a great new piece of software called YNAB (You Need a Budget). In this YNAB review, based mostly on my experience, I am going to discuss 4 of the most important reasons why you should be using this software to manage your money. YNAB will get you on budget and stop you from living hand to mouth waiting on each salary check to arrive.

1. Each Dollar Has a Job

YNAB does an excellent job of stressing how significant proactively budgeting your money really is. Utilizing the product will take 20 minutes out of each month to give each buck its own job. Fundamentally you’ll be entering in all of your income and then you’ll decide how you will get about using each of those dollars.

2. Saving For That Rainy Day

Get rid of the swings and roundabouts by saving for certain expenses that only come around a few times every year. For instance, Xmas comes once every year, so set a budgeted amount you want to spend ahead and then divide that number by 12. So if you put aside $1200 then you know that you need to save $100 for it every month.

3. Rolling with the Punches

You’ll overspend in selected areas every month. This is merely a reality. YNAB does a good job of letting you simply update your budget to reassign dollars from one area to another to make up for this.

4. Stop Living Hand To Mouth

The monthly buffer feature will assist you in saving funds and stop living hand to mouth. The YNAB program will help you institute your very own budget buffer so that you can find out how to budget less than you have every month and carry over the total monthly.

As you can see from my experiences I believe this is a good piece of personal finance software and may be used by anybody trying to practice some economic responsibility in their life.
