There are many people who simply believe that green tea is a good source of natural antioxidants but it is completely wrong. In fact, dark chocolates are well enhanced with natural antioxidants in sufficient amount but you should not eat these dark chocolates in a large amount. Large amount of dark chocolate is also very much injurious to health. You can simply take include dark chocolates in a very small quantity in your diet if you want to increase the level of antioxidants in your body.

Most of the people prefer dark chocolates as compared to white chocolates and milk chocolates. It is just because white chocolates and milk chocolates do not contain sufficient amount of antioxidants. There are mainly three types of natural antioxidants that are present in the dark chocolates and they are catechins, procyanidins and epicatechins. You can also prefer berries which are very much rich in natural antioxidants. They are well enhanced with adequate amount of vitamins and fibers. You can simply include them in your cereals instead of eating them separately.
