It’s very important that you spend more time with your kids. You can think of a number of activities with the kids so that you can not only bond with them but also cherish these memories for your entire life. Every kid gets fascinated when asked to help in cooking. Don’t forget to cook their favorite recipes while you take them along with you in the kitchen. Your child will love to cook with you especially if it’s a chocolate recipe.
The best option would be to prepare the chocolate lollipop recipe with them. It is quite easy to be made and your kids can actively participate in it as they can help you with its decoration part. The ingredients required for chocolate lollipop are: * Semi sweet or white chocolates * Food color for furnishing * Butter * Candies for lollipop decorations
Materials and equipment- * Lollipop mold * Straw for the lollipop handles * Ribbons * For sticking lollipop cabbage is required.
Melt the butter in a hot pan and add chocolate lumps to it so that it gets melted well, now put this mixture into the molds that will provide shape to the lollipops, you can use the mold of any shape to make it attractive for the kids. Now, let the mixture to settle down while the kids can put the straws into the chocolate molds. Ask the kids to decorate it with candies and now wait for the mixture to cool and settle down.
After a while take out the lollipop chocolate from the refrigerator and take out the lollipops from the molds. Now you can handover the lollipops to the kids for decorating more by using ribbons, straws and food color. Chocolate lollipops are now ready to be served. Once the kids finish up the lollipop chocolates you should ask all the kids to wash the dishes and clean the tables.
This entire experience will be fun for you and the children too. They will also be excited for the next cooking session with you and will cherish these memories forever. You can also invite your kid’s friends for such fun activities like making muffins, cupcakes, cookies and chocolate drinks etc.
