When you have a craving for the chocolate it becomes hard to suppress it. But it is to note that if anything is consumed within the limits then there are no repercussions. It will be wrong to say that the chocolate is unhealthy, in many studies the dark chocolate has been found healthy for the human heart. If you want to keep your cardiovascular system healthy then you can eat a tiny dark chocolate bar daily. So, if you want to control your blood pressure and cholesterol then include some chocolate recipes in your diet by following some simple cooking tips:

Tip one: remember that the chocolate is a high fat and high calorie food product. You can eat chocolate even If you want to balance the calorie intake of your body. You can include chocolate in your daily diet and still control your daily calorie intake. As the studies suggest that the dark chocolate if eaten daily can be beneficial for you. It is found that a dark chocolate contains about 400 calories. Even if you consume half bar of the dark chocolate then you can easily balance it out by cutting down some other high calorie items from your daily diet.

Tip two: include the chocolate flavors in recipes. A basic chocolate is the complex mixture of over 300 composites including many chemicals too. The professionals not only evaluate a chocolate by tasting it but they also analyze it by its appearance and also by taking in the aroma.

Tip three: Try to add in your daily diet, a small amount of dark chocolate. Dark chocolate is always preferred over the white chocolate or the milk chocolate as its ingredients have good amount of antioxidants and due to this reason the dark chocolates are recommended to be included in the daily diet instead of the white chocolate or the milk chocolate.

Tip four: avoid the nougats from your chocolate recipes Make sure that you look for pure dark chocolates without the caramel or nougats. Although you can pick the dark chocolate with nuts, orange peels or extra flavors in it. Choosing the dark chocolates with the caramel or nougats will add sugar and fat intake in your body.
