But what is really cayenne pepper diet? Cayenne pepper diet is actually a process of losing weight. This is made up of maple syrup (instead of synthetic alternative to honey, lemon, water and most of all cayenne pepper. This is actually known to do away with extreme excess fats of your body with the process of burning it. However, what you need to think of before you actually consider it are the positive as well as the negative side effects that it can inflict on you.
