Many kinds of food now which are considered to be unhealthy before are proven to be beneficial to the health of person. And these foods are even not allowed to people who are on diet.

Coffee is one of them. Excluding the sugar and creamer, drinking coffee moderately has proven to reduce the probability of getting some diseases. This may be your reason to drink coffee now.

Another example is chocolate. Researchers learned that there are many benefits we can get when we eat chocolate especially dark chocolates. It is plenty of flavonoid antioxidants and polyphenols.

Flavonoid antioxidants and polyphenols are known to decrease the risk of blood clots , which is almost the cause of stroke and heart attack. A study also shows that it is mood -enhancing although it should be eaten in moderate also.

Pizza is also good when you are on diet . It is best if you will not include to eat the toppings on it like pepperoni, sausage and other toppings that are sources of fats and cholesterol.

It’s no secret that tomatoes are really nutritious. They contain antioxidants as well as lycopene. So using healthy toppings like tomato sauce, vegetables, shrimp and fish are better when eating pizza. You can even use a whole wheat crust instead of white.

Eggs may have a high amount of cholesterol in their yolks, but when taken in moderation, they provide us with omega-3 fatty acids aside from protein.

There are many more than the above foods that have been classified as unhealthy but which current research has actually found to be beneficial to the health. Generally, consume anything in moderation and exercise regularly and you should be healthy.
