An enjoyable part of a Park City, UT ski vacation for most travelers involves trying out local spots following a relaxing day on the mountain. Park City`s restaurant scene has restaurant choices with a number of cuisine styles. Consider a few of these Park City restaurants during your stay.
Park City even has a wide variety of sushi establishments just for the vacationer looking for a healthy alternative to a hearty 3-course menu. Kick things off at Blind Dog, an awesome restaurant serving up a great number of nigiri, sushi rolls, and sashimi. The other great sushi bars include Yuki Arashi and the Flying Sumo, both located near the bottom of Park City`s Main Street.
When nothing will do but Italian, check out Grappa, a multi-award winning restaurant situated at the very top of Main Street. Perhaps you prefer somewhere not as high-end, Cisero`s restaurant is also on Main Street and features a lively bar downstairs, providing for a fun night of dining and dancing. Make reservations at Maxwell`s East Coast Eatery, where you can order a a whole pie or just a slice, depending on your cravings.
All over the country, delicious, authentic Mexican restaurants are opening, and Park City, Utah is no different. If you`re searching for some Mexican cuisine, make reservations at Baja Cantina or Loco Lizard Cantina, both family oriented kitchens preparing good food, a nice atmosphere, and plenty of chips and fresh salsa. Another restaurant you shouldn`t overlook is Nacho Mama`s, which is right in Prospector Square. You should expect fewer crowds and definitely some of the best Mexican food you`ve ever tasted, all great rate.
If your family wants to experience Asian cuisine, the town has quite a few nice choices to select from. Wahso, one of Bill White`s celebrated Park City restaurants, features an eclectic menu with an Asian flare. Shabu is yet another superb option; try the sushi bar or select from Asian-fusion cuisine from the dining menu. Even though The Last Samurai is a little outside of the center of Park City, it is definitely worth the drive to experience the table-side chef prepared dining environment.
