The Best Antiaging Diet Care
There are now countless products available that promise long-lasting youth, but scientists agree that entering an anti aging diet care plan can do so much more. Different anti aging diet care methods have been formulated to combat aging, and the common ones include calorie restriction, eating certain foods, drinking lots of water and fasting.
For most people, calorie restriction is a good way to start. It is believed that minimizing calorie intake and maximizing nutrition could benefit many of us who want optimal health and a longer life expectancy. The more calorie we take and the more stressed-out our body is, the more chance there is of our body aging faster than its normal pace.
Although decreasing your calorie intake is already a big help in your fight against aging, having a healthy food diet which includes fruits and vegetables can help you even more. This is because fresh fruits and vegetables contain anti-aging properties. The following are more examples of food that can help improve your overall health and delay aging:
Berries – These are rich in flavanoids, antioxidants that prevent free radicals from damaging cells.
Avocados – Avocados contain potassium that regulates high blood pressure. It also contains monounsaturated fat which can help lower the bad cholesterol in your body as well as Vitamin E which is necessary in replacing dead skin cells.
Nuts – These are a good source of protein and minerals that maintain a healthy immune and digestive system.
Garlic – Garlics are known to reduce risks of heart failures.
Cruciferous vegetables – Broccoli, cauliflower and radish are a few examples of cruciferous vegetables that are said to prevent cancer.
The next step to longer life is drinking water, which is probably one of the easiest ways to acquiring longer life. Water is crucial to all life forms. According to research cellular dehydration can cause stress-induced damage. Drinking at least 6 glasses of water per day can effectively get rid of waste materials, flush away toxins and improve physical performance.
Fasting, or the avoidance of food and drinking only water for a certain period, is also known to help delay aging. Fasting with adequate hydration can help flush out toxins in our body, as well as help control our weight. Fasting can also result to healthier skin (due to fasting’s detoxifying effect on the body), better bowel movement, better blood circulation and delayed cell deterioration.
