Getting to Know HCG

Everyone knows how to lose weight. You eat healthy foods. You don’t eat unhealthy foods. You eat less than you feel like eating. And you spend a chunk of time each day exercising.

The problem comes when dieters realize that exercising enough to lose weight means a couple hours out of their day. Eating healthy means more trips to the grocery store and more time in the kitchen. Not eating unhealthy foods means no quick and easy drive thru meals when time is short. And before too long most dieters realize that to lose weight they have to dedicate ALL their time and energy to the cause.

So what happens when you already have a life filled with demands and expectations and not a lot left over to dedicate to dieting? No weight loss; that’s what happens. It’s a frustrating cycle that many find themselves stuck in over and over throughout their lives; trying unsuccessfully to lose 10, 20, 30 or more pounds.

But then…how do the celebrities manage to gain and lose weight so quickly? They have babies or gain a lot of weight for a role and then magically appear weeks later looking like a top model. It doesn’t seem fair. What’s the difference? The difference is HCG.

HCG is the basis for a diet created by Dr. Simeon. HCG and B12 work together with a low calorie food regimen to give actual results. No frozen meals are required and there are no negative side effects. It’s an all natural diet based on substances created by the body. It’s also the key to actual weight loss. Successfully following the plan can result in an average of 1 pound per day of weight loss.

The program still requires time and effort, but the time and effort is suddenly worth it because you see immediate results. The immediate weight loss makes continuing on the program worth it and knowing the end goal is only 20-40 days away makes completing the program a sure thing even for the most frustrated of dieters!

Amelia Handley studied exercise science in college with a minor in Nutrition. Yet she still found herself jumping from diet to diet in order to control her size. With HCG Diet Direct she’s found a program that allows her to combine her desire to control her own body weight with her education and not feel off balance.
