Exercise may not only be beneficial during our regular days but also helpful during pregnancy. Before you indulge yourself in regular exercise, you must know that as a pregnant women, your body undergoes too many changes. 5. Pregnancy may be hard because you will experience some side effects like headaches, fatigue, swelling and constipation. Exercise helps to lessen these symptoms to make pregnancy easier.
6. Premature birth can also be prevented if you do exercise. Scientific shows that at least 50% of the risk of having a premature birth is reduced through exercise.
Not only those, because you should need to drink plenty of fluids before participating in any recommended exercise, take a healthy diet, and avoid exertion. If you feel that you are getting sick, immediately stop and rest.
Exercise toughens your body and you’ll feel that it is easy for you as you go inside the delivery room. As for women who don’t have exercise, it is much harder for them to deliver.
