Research has proven that oat bran can lower your cholesterol levels. Oat bran contains water-soluble fiber that will assist in lowering your cholesterol when it is used in conjunction with other foods.

It’s well known that kids don’t like vegetables. Try some new tricks to get them to enjoy healthier meals. Try some different, colorful vegetables and add some yogurt for dipping. Bring them to the grocery store, and let them help choose the menu. If you kid likes to eat a lot, try to introduce new veggies on every plate.
