They will also check the store rooms to see that the other perishables are in good condition. Should there be any bloated tins or dented cans, you will fail the inspection with immediate effect.

Once the inspector comes out with a smile on her face and hands you the certificate, you will feel like a million dollars and be thankful to your food safety consulting providers. All your efforts will have been worthwhile and you will be in business. You will be able to operate knowing that no one will ever get sick from your kitchen as you will be diligent and ensure that this never happens.
