WoW Horde Levelling Guide

By John Mclain

A lot of gamers playing World of Warcraft have the desire to level fast and get a powerful character. The problem is, World of Warcraft isn’t easy to level, especially since it has such a huge area in-game. This is a problem faced by most gamers, who can spend hours just wandering around in game, finding random opportunities to level and gaining XP.

This article tells you the basic steps and gives several tips that you can use to level your character quickly in World of Warcraft. First of all, you need to set achievable targets or goals. Speed levelers level at least 3 levels per day – is that something that you want to do? Adjust your goal appropriately, and keep to that goal. You should also note several things, such as the fact that you get to go to new areas in-game every 10 levels or so. That means you should organise your questing so that you finish all the available quests in your current area before progressing to the next area.

Completing dungeons and instances is also another good way to level quickly. True, you need more time to do this, but think about the rewards – it’s not uncommon to find yourself gaining a level or two after completing a dungeon or instance, so why not do so?

Teamwork is necessary for dungeons and instances, but you can also form a team when you quest normally. The drawback is that each of you will gain a lesser amount of XP per kill, but if you keep the team small (say, to 2 players), then this difference is pretty negligible. However, you’ll find it much easier (and fun) to complete more quests in this manner.

Also, take advantage of resting time. When you are rested, your XP bar will turn blue, and a notch will appear, indicating exactly how rested you are. This is important because you will earn double XP while rested, all the way until your XP bar fills to that notch. At this point, your rest state is consumed, and you will see the message “You feel normal.”

One great way to always be able to find people to team with, and get help with equipment, is to join a good guild. You’ll find this to be absolutely essential!
