A mouthwash dispenser is a container with a pump that allows you to administer your mouthwash into a cup by pushing the top down. If you have several people in your home who share the same mouthwash bottle, you should consider getting a dispenser. This container will prove to be more sanitary then everyone touching, and possibly drinking out of the same bottle.
To keep your mouth clean and free of bacteria you should brush your teeth, floss, use a tongue scraper and a good mouthwash. Doing these simple things regularly keeps your mouth clean and healthy. This could all change if the people in your home are sharing a bottle of mouthwash. It is possible to spread germs when everyone shares something, especially if they drink out of the bottle or the cap, when you have a mouthwash dispenser this cannot happen.
Just as everyone has their own toothbrush, having a mouthwash dispenser will let everyone have their own cup for rinsing their mouth. Even if family members do not share the same bathroom, having dispensers in each room is a good idea. You can buy one bottle of mouthwash and use it to fill up the containers that you have.
It does not matter what style of mouthwash dispenser you have, the purpose is to keep everyone from sharing the same bottle. If you have separate bathrooms for you and your children, you can get an acrylic one for the kids and maybe a porcelain, or stylish glass dispenser for your bathroom.
The most popular mouthwash dispenser is the porcelain one, it along with the glass and acrylic ones all come in different styles. When you have a small bathroom like I do you might want to get one that mounts on the wall and not crowd the sink. Most of the dispensers sit on the sink, this is great if you have the room.
If you get a clear mouthwash dispenser, you can see when it needs refilling or when you need to purchase more mouthwash. Because rinsing your mouth with a good antibacterial wash is so important to having a healthy mouth, you want to make sure that you don’t run out. Having the small disposable cups right by your dispenser and toothbrush is another good idea when you want to make sure your mouth is sanitary.
Using a good mouthwash is necessary to having a clean mouth free of germs. You would not have everyone in your home use the same toothbrush because you know that it will spread germs, so you certainly do not want everyone sharing the same cup for mouthwash. Since many people use the cap of the mouthwash bottle as their cup, it is very easy to share the germs that will be on it. When you have a mouthwash dispenser you can be sure that the sharing of the cap will not happen and there is no risk of spreading bad germs to other members of your family.
