The first is to leave the scene if you cannot cope with the stress levels. Then, you need to do some deep breathing. Sometimes, you do not have a choice whether to leave the stressful situation as your have a duty to perform. Do not be despair as there are still other ways you can handle the stress. Firstly, delay into lighting up a cigarette immediately. Next, breath in deeply as it can help you to cube the craving to smoke. Then, drink a lot of water. This is like a delaying tactic to keep yourself occupied. Fourthly, you can keep yourself busy with activities to keep your mind off smoking. Lastly, you can have an interesting conversation with your colleagues and friends.
