Air is of prime importance for life. One may love a few days without food or perhaps even without water. However it is impossible to survive even for just a few minutes without air.

Oxygen is really important for the process of combustion taking place in all the various cells on the body. We obtain this oxygen from the air. When we take in air, oxygen of the air dissolves in the blood flowing from the fine capillaries in the bronchi, and is thus carried to every single cell in the body. Carbon dioxide along with toxic substances are made in the cells as the end pr6ducts of combustion and other processes taking place in the cells. (4) In the winter months, protect yourself from the wintry with warm coverings because necessary; but keep the windows open.
