When training for any kind of exercise, it is crucial for your body to be ready before you start for the intense movement that is about to hit it. The muscles need to be loosened and ready to go in order that they should perform properly and not cause you any pain the morning after the work out. It is good to know are sprints better for martial arts conditioning rather than distance running or not so that you prepare in the right way.
