Imagine yourself to be there and believe that you are.

Emotions – This involves how you feel towards what you perceive. Visualization along wouldn’t be enough to consolidate your belief. It is imperative that you feel yourself being there first. If you have visualized a beach or sea, feel the breeze as it flows through your skin; the scent of seawaters seeping into your nostrils. As you feel this, begin to feel also the stress, the tension subside as it flows out of your system.

Sensation and Physical perceptions: Begin to feel the drowsiness seeping into your mind and into your skin. Feel the experience of being immersed with utter relaxation. Your nerves, muscle every fiber in your body is relaxed.

Thoughts and Images: You are now shutting down your entire body system. You are now sinking into the abyss of sleep into the restful slumber.

Motives -You will now make it a point to reach your goal which is to fall asleep. As the entire process invokes a feeling you now sinking into. Be more motivated to get there as you are drawing nearer.

Expectations: the more you sink deeper the sleepier you get. You will finally reach rest, relaxation, sleep.
