Aside from eating healthy, I have decided to really understand what I can do to stay fit in order to avoid diabetes. I bought several diabetic cookbooks and I would like to share with you as much as I can how our body works. This will help us all in coming up with a diet that will make us lose weight and keep our body strong.

Dieticians will take into account your lifestyle, weight, daily activities, and of course, medical condition so as to give you a diet that will really provide you with enough vitamins and nutrients. What you will find below is just a guide.

Getting Easy The third day will be surprisingly easy. Your body will suddenly adapt to your system even you will be surprised. You will not crave for meat anymore but you might have to start researching about other sources of protein. Your brains need it.

The conversion of fruits, vegetables and some seeds to glucose is also very low. You should eat a lot of carrots. These have insoluble fiber which may also be found in nuts is the one that cleanses the body’s gastrointestinal tract. In layman’s terms, it helps detoxify your body and cleans it real well. When you start eating more fruits, observe your urine bring out more toxins.

Water Along with consuming a lot of fiber, you need consume a lot of water as well. This is necessary to wash away the toxins that fiber will help you cleanse out. Try to consume ten glasses. It is really easier than you think. Drink two in the morning, two in between breakfast and lunch, two during lunch, two in between lunch and dinner and two during dinner.

Now, when our body produces more energy that what we use, our body converts the energy to fats. When it becomes fat, it becomes lazy. Unlike other things in the body, all you fat has to do is not move and it will survive.
