Aromatherapy is the practice of controlled use of essential oils to maintain and promote physical, psychological, and spiritual well being. Aromatherapy is the science of using these essential oils, and the scents from those oils, to bring about positive changes in the mind and the body. Aromatherapy also advocates practices of taking bath using one of those exotic essential oils; for many of us, a hot and relaxing bath is both a way to calm down tired bodies and relieve stress. A hot bath with one of your favorite oils adds a new experience to your life, which is otherwise straining and equally boring. Essential oils also called “oil of life”.

It is soothing and refreshing, when added to your bath tub. Thus, these oils compel us to think over using them at least once a day to feel invigorated. Eucalyptus essential oil is really good for helping one breath clearly. Use Sweet Orange to treat muscular tension, poor circulation, obesity, water retention, bronchitis, colds, constipation, and stress-related symptoms Orange is another essential oil that is great for lifting one’s mood. Patchouli oil has a beneficial effect on the skin, helping with infections, and insect bites. Chamomile essential oil works very well when one is looking to relax and feel calm. There are many more essential oils that can be added, many which can help treat some type of ailment, body or mind. Tea Tree is strong disinfectant, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal.
