If that magic pill promises to make you lose weight fast, don’t be taken in by their ridiculous claims. There is not much evidence that they do you any good, and they may actually result in harm. In most cases, you will not have enough information to make an educated decision about whether or not you should take the pill, so it is best to avoid it altogether.

When you get home from the grocery store, stop right then to divide up your meals into portion-sized containers. Put measured out portions of food into plastic baggies and Tupperware. Have your food measured out, ready for you to take when needed.

Whole grains are an essential part of any weight loss plan. A dietician can help you learn to make the right choices, or you can do your own research. Words like refined and enriched should set off a red flag. It is quite popular for food processing companies to add whole grains in processed food products. Your mission is to find the products taste good to you and that fit into your lifestyle.
