Hanging – It is the easiest exercise to boost your height. Hang from a bar for no less than 4 to 5 minutes a day. Hanging can increase a person’s height by 1 to 2 inches.

Cycling – You need to give at least 15 minutes a day to cycling so as to raise your height. Cycling can be done either inside or outside.

Skipping / Basketball – One of the well-liked exercises to extend height. Jumping increases blood supply as well as exerts further force on the long bones of the body to grow in length and mass.
