These are some exercises I did to increase my height. Try these, too.

Exercise 1 — Swimming: Swim for half an hour per day to help increase you height. Every day, your backbone gets compress and this makes you shorter. If you swim, your vertebrae disks will be expanding and you’ll get taller.

Exercise 2 — Upside down: Hanging the wrong way up from a pole will enhance your expansion as it expands your backbone disks. But don’t overdo this exercise. Executing this activity for over 5 minutes every day might permanently harm your spine.

Exercise 3 — Jumping Rope: Jumping rope is also a superb height-increase exercise. It’ll help you grow taller because it can lengthen and bolster your thighs and legs. You may become more flexible if you constantly do jumping rope.

Exercise 4 — Ballerina Exercise: Stand-up against a wall. Stand on your toes like a ballerina. Lift both of your arms above your head as high as possible . It will make your spine longer and eradicate spinal curvature.

Exercise 5 — Sprinting: High-speed running is also a good technique to make you taller. This exercise is executed by many sportsmen. If you run quickly, you’re creating small breaks in the leg bones. The splinters will heal quickly and it’ll significantly lengthen your bones.

Exercise 6 — Ankle Weights: Sit on the floor. Have weights tied from your ankles. Start it with smaller weights, say 2 pounds, and continuously increase the weights as you become used to this exercise. Raise one leg at a time, slowly. Repeat this exercise for as many times as you can.

Exercise 7 — Yoga: Yoga is a popular exercise to extend height. I’m using this, too, to increase my height. Execute yoga at least 30 mins a day. It will help you align and brace your spine so you’ll achieve 3 to 4 inches increase in height.
