Hair Growth Information For Men

By Rob Maraby

Average hair growth in men is about a half inch per month. You can keep your hair healthy and attractive by following a few easy tips. Brushing too often can lead to premature hair loss. Getting a weekly scalp massage will help stimulate blood flow to the scalp which is important for increased growth. You should also get it trimmed about once a month. So, try not to let your hair grow without proper maintenance for more than a month.

When attempting to grow long beautiful hair you should never be skeptical about the different methods you hear. So, having said that, here are some suggestions for healthy hair:

1. It is important to add vitamins such as biotin to your diet. Taking a multivitamin will help too. And, when discussing vitamins, note that I am not just talking about helping your hair, but I’m talking about helping your entire body.

2. Stimulating blood flow to the scalp is essential for healthy hair. A daily scalp massage is best, but if you can’t do this every day, do it at least once a week. Many people believe that doing scalp massages are a waste of time. This is not so at all. Professionals might do a wonderful job, but you can get fantastic results doing this massage by yourself. So make sure you do give yourself that much needed hair massage.

3. Get your hair trimmed every 4-6 weeks. This removes split ends which can have a negative effect on your hair and keeps hair looking neat.

4. Don’t use a hair dryer because the heat is very damaging. Let hair dry naturally instead or use the cool setting on the hair dryer.

5. Be patient. Normal hair growth is about a half inch per month.

6. Try massaging your hair with jojoba oil for about ten minutes to restore hair’s natural oil. You can also condition the hair with Mira hair oil, and then wash it out.

Is hair growth your goal? if it is then you need to read this short article and learn how to grow out your hair long and healthy
