Well in this article I will give you some good advice that will definitely help you to lose weight. If you stick by these tips you will also keep the weight off too. But this will only work if you show commitment and willingness to adhere to these tips.

The first thing you could do is something referred to as Non-dominant hand eating. With this technique you basically eat with the opposite hand that you usually eat with. This is supposed to slow down your eating. The reason behind that is that when you ea fast you basically eat far too much.

You body has a knack of telling you when it is full, but it takes a while for his to register. Therefore by eating fast you cold still be eating some food when you are actually full but your body has not registered the fact just yet. Ultimately by slowing your eating down your body tells you that it is full before you get the chance to over eat.

By employing this technique and regularly sticking to it you should see the resultant weight loss. You will not even notice that you are doing it after a while.

You could try using slightly smaller plates to eat off. This is because no matter what size the plate is, some people will automatically pile up their plate when eating.

If this sounds like you then you should get a smaller plate and just eat what you can get on this plate. That way you will not over eat all the time.

To go one step farther you could use the smaller plate and put lots of vegetables on with your main meal. These are a lot healthier for you and will definitely help you to lose weight. You could even start to use vegetables as part of a controlled diet.
