How To Find E Cig Liquid Flavors

By Lela Perkins

Whether you’re new to using electronic cigarettes or have been using them for a while, most people know how important it can be to find the right e cig liquid flavors. Doing so not only helps to ensure better quality but also a better experience when in regards to what the person vaping might taste. However, since there are so many brands or places to choose from, keeping a few things in mind can often help.

When it comes to selecting an ideal flavor, a lot can depend on each person. Each person, for instance, may differ when it comes to tobacco-tasting products versus dessert, menthol, or fruit flavors. Fortunately, numerous options are available in these areas, giving consumers more too choose from in general.

People often take the time to learn more about the companies they get their products from through word of mouth. This can be done through websites and forums. Reviews are also available, but it’s good to remember that each person may perceive a certain taste differently than how you might.

Since quality, flavoring, and other things can vary for each person, it’s often wise to start with a sample. Samples offered by companies tend to come in 5 to 10 ml sizes. However, it may also be possible to get a sample pack of cartridges or bottles in order to gauge more than one option at a decent price. Some companies may even let you pick certain flavors in a sample pack.

Many liquids tend to be made up of different ingredients. Users can also choose different levels of nicotine, including zero percent, which may also change the flavor to a degree. Some also find that purer or high-grade ingredients tend to offer the best flavor.

People can choose from two options when it comes to the base of an e-liquid, which includes propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin. For example, some people prefer PG since it doesn’t overly affect the flavor of the other ingredients, and because it can provide a great throat hit. However, PG can sometimes cause a person’s throat to feel irritated, and the product tends to provide little to no vapor. This is why some may prefer VG instead, although it can produce less of a throat hit and may mask flavors to some extent.

It’s sometimes common to see a mixture of PG and VG together. For instance, someone may want more of throat hit and flavor, but still some vapor produced as they vape. Some companies may even allow individual to choose the mixture ratio to match their preference, like 70 percent PG and 30 percent VG, or even 50 percent ratios.

It’s good to consider the age of a product while searching for the right e cig liquid flavors. Age can be important and sometimes dependent on the company. Some places may make their product in large batches, giving the product more time to steep, while others may make them made-to-order. Steeping a product may allow a product to bring about ideal flavors. Therefore, try to let your samples steep for several days if you find that you don’t like the initial taste.
