Most of us who really desire to increase our height just have no clue as to what to do, nor what changes in our lifestyle we have to make to increase height. Getting taller is not a matter of wishes or impossible and frustrating dreams…It can be attained!

What are the three primary factors that condition increase of height?

O Genetics.

O Our Bones.

O Our muscles

Little can we do about our genes and we have to accept the natural fact that some children will grow taller than others and that no matter how hard we try we will not dramatically change how tall we are.
