How To Lose Belly Fat And Build Abs

By Justin Maxwell

Are you trying to get rid of stubborn stomach fat due to the fact that you desire nice abs? I know you have done crunches and sit-ups on end and you still see that stubborn belly fat just sitting there.

I know it’s awful and it is truly discouraging. You notice infomercials and commercials and countless advertisements that say if you utilize a pill or this nice, newly discovered supplement that you will lose that belly fat.

I watch TV while I work out and see unbelievable claims of magic belts that tighten around your abs that promise to melt away that stubborn belly fat. Wrong! Oh my goodness, it is the exact same contraptions that the marketers were pushing way back in the 1950s.

It didn’t work then and it doesn’t work now, for goodness sakes. But of course, we purchase them and they turn into our brand new garage sale item. Or, it becomes a clothes hanger for our clothes at night, when we are too tired to hang them up, right? Wrong!

If gadgets such as these really worked to decrease our abs, every household would have one. I mean, seriously, we want results overnight. Here’s the thing! You can lose your belly fat and get great abs.

You simply must understand how to do a combination of interval training and cardio. You also have to know what to eat, how to eat it and when to eat it. It is that simple. It is a recipe for success to burn that stubborn belly fat and produce great-looking abs. Instead of focusing on the next great contraption, focus on nutrition and exercise that target exactly where you want to go – to the beach in those great looking’ abs.

The reality is this:

The most essential part of your new abdominals is how to construct those workouts you’re performing. You must focus on stimulating fat loss from your abdominals. Stop doing so many abdominal exercises trying to spot reduce your abdominal fat. It won’t work.

It won’t work. It doesn’t work. As much as we would definitely like to eliminate a specific part of your body without executing the needed overall cardio work, our bodies were not designed to respond that way. You won’t lose your abdominal belly fat with hundreds of sit-ups and crunches.

These kind of crunches will definitely strengthen your abs and especially your back and your core, but it will not produce the ab results you are striving for. Instead, you need an exercise regimen that works the largest muscles of your body, your legs, your chest and your back.

By engaging these large muscles, you start your fat burning metabolism and start to reshape your entire body, including your stubborn belly. Wouldn’t you like to find out how to stimulate the fat burning hormones inside your body just waiting to be summoned? Crunches and sit-ups don’t touch that.
