Is it possible to lose weight in a week? Yes, it is. It’s not difficult to do so if you know the right way to follow. The basic rule of losing weight is to intake fewer calories than what you burn. It’s pretty easy to say but not at all in practice otherwise there wouldn’t be any obese people in this world.

It’s very important to make a change in your lifestyle to lose weight in one week. The first thing is to change what you eat and the second thing is to move more. I know that it’s not easy to change your eating pattern but you have to do it if you want to lose weight. You have to make commitment. Set your weight loss goal of how much you will lose in one week. 1-2 pounds a week is recommended by most diet expert because it’s a safe amount to lose in a week.

Eating breakfast everyday is a big part of losing weight. Don’t skip breakfast to lose weight. There are many studies have shown that breakfast eaters tend to weigh less than breakfast skippers. Skipping meals almost always leads to overeating at lunchtime. Eating a healthy breakfast can reduce hunger throughout the day and help people make better food choices at other meals. The first meal of the day is the most important.

Drinking water is essential to losing weight. Recent studies suggest that you need to drink water to lose weight. Drink more water to re-hydrate and detoxify your body. Drinking enough water can speed you to lose weight in a week. Drinking sufficient water can help you avoid weight gain and helps in weight loss. It is very difficult for the body to differentiate hunger from thirst. If you don’t drink enough water throughout the day, you may mistake thirst for hunger and eat more than you really need, which can also impair weight loss.

Only food restriction is not enough to lose weight in a week. You need to eat a whole lot less. That’s why you need to exercise. Exercise does work for weight loss. Try to choose the workout you enjoy so you can spend more time burning calorie and fat. If you don’t know how to start exercise then walking is the best and safe exercise for beginner.
