There are so many things that can affect sleep, it’s really crazy. It’s all about walking the edge of a sword, one wrong move and something that can help you can end up hurting you. Let’s take a look at somethings about sleep which you may not really know about but you should.

1. Sleep Wrinkles

Most people don’t realize that as they sleep they are causing their faces to have more wrinkles. It all has to do with sleeping on your pillow and the position you sleep in too. This happens the worst with cotton and when you sleep on your side as you squish your skin into the pillow which causes wrinkles to develop.

The best way to battle this is to use silk pillowcases because silk is actually good for your silk. Cotton is a fabric that grabs onto things which is why it’s not the best to use.

2. Spousal About During Sleep

Your spouse could be abusing your sleep and you don’t even know it. Sleeping in the same bed can be tough for many couples to do. It forces you to sleep in a smaller area which can ruin your sleep cycles. Plus if one of you bumps into the other, or one snores, then it can be nearly impossible to get a good sleep.

This is why it’s not uncommon for many married couples to sleep in separate beds and even rooms too. This does not seem very marital but it makes each person much happier because they are both getting a good sleep.

3. Using the Flat Sheet

Sometimes, having a flat sheet might be too much bedding. It’s always good to have one when you need that extra warmth, but try a duvet cover instead. If you have a great duvet cover, that can be the perfect sheet you need.

When it comes to duvet covers, there are lots of choices you can use. So when it starts to get warmer, think about getting rid of the flat sheet and see what a duvet cover can do for you.

If you want stop wrinkles and learn to sleep better then luxury silk sheets can help and so can TrueMores.com. You can really find the real deal with them because they have amazing silk pillowcases and pajamas among other things to help you sleep better.
